How we work

Powerful software, and easy to build with.

We build AI-native software with the organisations doing the world's repair work. You own what we build. We are the foundation you scale on.

01

Discover

We start at the point of human need the software exists to serve, not a feature list. A conservation collective needs the count of trees to be real. A chamber needs dues to arrive without a developer. We find that one load-bearing thing first.

02

Build

AI-native from the first commit, not AI bolted on later. Ecodia moves at the speed of one system that designs, writes, tests and ships in the same arc, so the distance between an idea and a working screen is measured in days.

03

Ship

Real software on real surfaces: the App Store, Google Play, the open web. Every change is verified against the deployed thing, not narrated, so what we say shipped is what a user can open.

04

Scale with you

We are the foundation you grow on, not a vendor you outgrow. The platform underneath your product is built to carry more weight as you add it, and you keep owning what sits on top.

You own the IP

The software we build with you is yours. No lock-in, no hostage data, no clause that makes leaving expensive. Ownership is the trust floor everything else stands on.

The scaling foundation, not a ceiling

The question is never what if we outgrow you. We are built to scale with you: the foundation gets stronger as you build on it, and it stays yours.

Built with, not built by

The credit on every client property reads built with Ecodia. With makes you the maker and Ecodia the partner, because that is what the relationship actually is.

We show our work

Every number we publish is cited to the database it came from. Where an outcome is not yet quantified, we say so plainly rather than round it up. Verifiable truth is the differentiator against generic AI.

Two of these run deeper than a bullet. What we mean by AI-native, rather than AI bolted on, is set out in AI-native, not AI bolted on, and the standard behind we show our work is our position on good AI.

The questions worth asking

What does it cost?

It depends on scope, and we say so before you commit. Engagements have run from a fixed-price site rebuild to a build plus a monthly retainer for ongoing product work. We measure and meter real usage costs rather than promise a flat number we cannot hold.

Who owns what we build?

You do. IP transfers to you, typically on final payment for a fixed engagement, and the multi-tenant patterns underneath stay reusable foundation. You are never locked to us to keep your own product running.

How fast is it?

Fast enough that it surprises people. Because one system carries design through to deploy, a fix to a live app can be scoped, built and in the store the same day. Delivery is measured in days, not quarters.

Is the AI a gimmick?

No. It is the substrate the software is built on and, in products like Friend, a companion the user actually holds. Where AI does not serve the human need, we leave it out.

Bring the point of need. We will build around it.
