From $300 + GST a month for a small build, a fixed figure invoiced monthly in advance. Larger builds are a higher fixed monthly, set the same way.
How long payoff takes depends on your agreed price and your monthly. On the $300 floor a small build is typically clear in a couple of years. Pay more a month and you own it sooner, or settle the balance whenever you like.

- No penalty and no debt pursued. The live software goes offline after a 14-day grace period, and you can resume or buy out the balance any time.

You don't need to have. Build Now is open to any for-purpose organisation with software it needs and no lump sum to buy it with.

While you are paying it off you hold a licence to use the live software, and Ecodia owns the source code and IP. Ownership transfers to you the moment the build is paid off, through the monthly or by settling the balance early. Your organisation's own data is always yours, and you can export a full copy free at any time.
No. There is no minimum term and you can stop any month. You can also settle the remaining balance at any time and own the build outright. That balance is never more than the fixed price you agreed minus what you have paid, so there is no early-exit penalty.
There is no penalty and no debt pursued. You don't own the build yet, so the live software is taken offline after a 14-day grace period. Payments already made aren't refunded, because they covered the hosting, support and build work up to that point. You can resume, or buy out the balance, at any time.
The Next World Grant builds software free for one for-purpose organisation each round, and that organisation owns it from the start. Build Now is the paid way through for everyone else: the same team and the same standard of build, paid off monthly, and yours once it is paid off.
