Wild Mountains
Wild Mountains
Earth education, immersed in nature. A rainforest centre in the Scenic Rim where young people go in and come back changed.

The challenge
Wild Mountains takes school groups deep into the rainforest and sends them home changed. Their web presence did not carry that, and the programs, volunteering, venue hire and citizen science they run were scattered rather than held in one place a visitor could move through.
What we built
We rebuilt their web presence as an immersive, nature-led site, earth education felt rather than listed, and connected it to Studio so the centre edits its own words. Underneath, we scoped a multi-vertical platform for the six things they do, from internships to venue hire, so the site can grow into the whole organisation.
Felt, not listed
An education centre that trades in immersion cannot be sold with a bullet list. The rebuild leads with the rainforest and the feeling of being in it, then lets the programs follow, which is the order a visitor actually experiences the place.
Young people go into the rainforest and come back changed.
How we worked
The rebuild is live and Studio-connected, so the centre owns its own front page. The wider platform is honestly scoped rather than half-built: the paths that are ready are lit, the ones that are not stay clearly marked as coming.
What it adds up to
A rebuilt, immersive web presence is live across roughly forty routes, replacing a flat brochure site.
The site is connected to Studio, so the centre edits its own content with no developer.
A six-vertical platform, internships, volunteering, venue hire, events, membership and citizen science, is scoped and ready to build onto the live site.
