A marketplace for buying and selling Australian accommodation businesses.
The challenge
Selling an accommodation business is a major purchase for the buyer, but the tools for it read like a spreadsheet. The previous site did not present the listings well or make it easy for a buyer to browse and find one to buy.
What we built
We rebuilt ESPS as a marketplace where each listing shows its category, state and price and is marked for sale, with an enquiry flow for interested buyers.

How we worked
ESPS was a scoped, signed rebuild delivered to a live launch, with the intellectual property transferring to the client on final payment and Ecodia retaining the right to show the work.
What it adds up to
Live at espsales.com.au since mid-July 2026, replacing the prior site.
Delivered under a signed four-thousand-dollar rebuild agreement, with IP transferring to the client on final payment.
Every listing is presented as a property with its category, state and price, not a row in a table.
