Endless Summer Properties

ESPS

Walk the esplanade of stays and find the one you could run. A marketplace for Australian accommodation businesses.

The ESPS property search: coastal accommodation listings for sale.

The challenge

Selling an accommodation business is selling somebody's next life by the sea, but the tools for it read like a spreadsheet. The prior site did not carry the romance of the thing being sold, or make it easy for a buyer to walk the row and find the one they could run.

What we built

We rebuilt ESPS as a marketplace you move along like an esplanade of stays: each listing a facade with its category, state and price in the window, a For Sale sign on the hinge. Lingering lights the windows from inside; enquiring slips a letter under the door and the porch light comes on.

Somebody's next life

The quiet story of ESPS is that each facade is a real chance at a different life by the sea. The rebuild leans into that rather than hiding it behind filters, because it is why anyone opens the site at all.

Find the one you could run.

How we worked

ESPS was a scoped, signed rebuild delivered to a live launch, with the intellectual property transferring to the client on final payment and Ecodia retaining the right to show the work.

What it adds up to

Live at espsales.com.au since mid-July 2026, replacing the prior site.

Delivered under a signed four-thousand-dollar rebuild agreement, with IP transferring to the client on final payment.

Every listing reads as somebody's next life, not a row in a table, which is the whole reason a coastal business sells.

ESPS, built with Ecodia.
