Chambers
One member app for every chamber of commerce, built so a volunteer committee with no developer can run the whole thing.

The challenge
A chamber of commerce is run by a volunteer committee at night. Members, dues, events and comms usually mean four disconnected tools and a treasurer chasing bank transfers by hand. Off-the-shelf association software assumes staff and a budget a small chamber does not have.
What we built
Chambers is one app for every chamber, themed per chamber, carrying members, events, comms and dues in one place. A volunteer treasurer adds a member and the direct-debit dues arrive on schedule with no developer anywhere in the loop. One dial re-dresses the whole app for a different town, same bones, different crest.
Built for the volunteer at midnight
The design target is not an association with staff. It is the committee member doing the chamber's admin after their real job. Everything the app automates is a job that person used to do by hand.
A volunteer treasurer adds a member and the dues arrive by themselves.
How we worked
Chambers is deliberately multi-tenant from the ground up: one codebase, one app on each store, themed per chamber. A real chamber runs on it today as a full reference tenant, set up and verified end to end.
What it adds up to
Live on the App Store and Google Play as a single app that themes itself per chamber.
A real chamber runs on it as a full reference tenant, with members and events loaded and officer sign-in verified.
Direct-debit dues are wired in, so a committee collects money without a developer or a spreadsheet.
