Welcome to ecodia. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ecodia platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services. By creating an account or using ecodia, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an ecodia account, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country if that age is higher. Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. ecodia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or misleading information.

You agree to use ecodia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users, or to distribute spam, malware, or any content that violates applicable laws. Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on ecodia are owned by or licensed to ecodia Pty Ltd. User-generated content remains the property of the respective creators, but by posting content on ecodia you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute any ecodia proprietary materials without prior written consent.

ECO is a virtual currency used within the ecodia platform and holds no real-world monetary value. ECO cannot be exchanged for legal tender, and balances are non-transferable outside the platform except where explicitly permitted. ecodia reserves the right to modify the earning rates, redemption values, and availability of ECO at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ecodia and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ecodia in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ecodia at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ecodia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.
