We send a scope and one fixed price.
In writing: what we build, the timeline, the total and your monthly figure. If it works for you, you sign and the first month is due. If it doesn't, that's the end of it.
We build it. You sign it off.
You approve the finished build before it goes live.
You pay it off. It becomes yours.
Month by month at your fixed figure, until the price you agreed is paid.
How long payoff takes depends on your agreed price and your monthly. On the $300 floor a small build is typically clear in a couple of years; pay more a month and you own it sooner.

No hidden fees and no automatic increases. Every line here is a point in the full terms.
- The price
- One fixed total for the scope, agreed in writing before you commit. It only moves if you ask for new work, which we quote first and build once you say yes.
- Each month
- From $300 + GST for a small build, and a higher fixed monthly for a larger one. Paid in advance, by card or direct debit.
- Lock-in
- None. No minimum term, and you can stop any month.
- Owning it
- While you pay it off, you hold a licence to use the live software. The source code and IP become yours the moment it is paid off.
- Settling early
- Any time. The balance is never more than the price you agreed minus what you've paid, so there is no early-exit penalty.
- Your data
- Always yours. Export a full copy any time, free, subscribed or not.
- Included
- Hosting, maintenance, security updates, bug fixes and support, all inside the monthly.
- At cost
- Genuine third-party costs, itemised and never marked up: the Apple ($99/yr) and Google ($25 one-off) accounts a mobile app needs, and any text or email sending credits.
- If you stop
- No penalty and no debt pursued. The live software goes offline after a 14-day grace period, and payments already made aren't refunded. Resume, or buy out the balance, any time.
- Once it's paid off
- You only pay to keep it running: hosting at cost and basic upkeep, a fraction of the monthly. Keep us on an optional retainer, or take the source code and run it yourself.
